The Marathon series UPS can provide very long backup time. It is
an ideal backup power for computers and office equipment in
remove areas where generator set is commonly used or in areas
with frequent power outage.
There are two configurations to choose from; one built-in
maintenance-free rechargeable batteries, the other comes with a
set of cables that can be connected externally to an ordinary
12V car battery.
The Marathon series is modular with each module rated for 500VA.
Expansion units can be added to increase the backup time or to
increase the power rating to a maximum of 2000VA.Each unit has a
built-in high-power automatic charger to recharge the battery
when normal power supply resumes.
A voltage regulator is included to allow the Marathon series to
operate in regions where the voltage fluctuates widely.
