The BlackoutBuster is a Line-interactive UPS as it has built-in AVR.

2. What are the model names and capacities available for BlackoutBuster Series?
The BlackoutBuster Series capacities range from 700VA for model BlackoutBuster 700, 1000VA for BlackoutBuster 1000, 1600VA for BlackoutBuster 1600 and 2000VA for BlackoutBuster 2000.

3. What type and rating of batteries does the BlackoutBuster Series use?
The BlackoutBuster Series battery is a sealed lead acid, maintenance free type. The battery rating is 12V 7AH or equivalent.

4. Can the user replace the BlackoutBuster Series battery themselves?
Yes the user can replace the battery themselves provided he/she is familiar with the electrical safety requirements when handling any battery. Therefore, it is recommended to seek a qualified technician or engineer to replace the battery.

You can log into www.jst.cc and click at "Products", then look for "Software Downloads" and click on the relevant software for the UPS model purchased.
 
9. Are Powersoft TX and Powersoft Lite applicable for Windows Family operating systems only?
Yes.
 
10. When power resumes, will the BlackoutBuster UPS automatically restart my PC?
Yes, the UPS will automatically restart itself. However, then PC must have the restart function built-in for it to restart subsequently.
